Overview

Complete can be used to spin up lightweight offers in less than a minute with no integrations or setup. However, to ensure the most seamless experience for both talent operations and candidates, Complete allows you to integrate a number of existing tools within your workflows.

Types of integrations

The two major integration types are ATS and e-Signing integrations. ATS (Applicant Tracking System) integrations allow you to seamlessly search through candidates and ensure that only candidates that have reached the offer stage can be issued offers. Our E-Signing integration removes the manual work to move candidates from accepting the verbal offer to executing a formal offer letter agreement.

ATS (Applicant Tracking System) Integrations

Complete’s integration with applicant tracking systems can be configured by

administrators of your Complete implementation.

Our ATS integration enables you to:

• Search your candidate pipeline
• Pull in candidate information from your ATS to build a Complete offer

Setup

You can configure your ATS integration from the bottom of the Settings tab on the left rail, within the “Integrations” section.

Click the “Integrate ATS” button.
